The foundation of O33 began with two doctors: Dr. OBB (Chompoonut Phumirattanaprapin), an ophthalmologist with over 10 years of experience in eye health, and Dr. Tum (Kanaphon Phumirattanaprapin), an internist and the founder of Health at Home, a home care service for the elderly and patients in need.
